Over the last decade, Bangladesh has initiated several mega-projects and significant infrastructure development schemes, many of which have been completed or are nearing completion. Notably, the bridge section of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge was inaugurated in June 2022, while the Uttara to Agargao section of the country's first metro rail project, MRT Line-6, was opened in December of the same year. Furthermore, numerous other projects were inaugurated in 2022, with last-minute works underway on several others across the country that are expected to be operational by 2023. In this video, we will highlight five upcoming projects that are likely to be inaugurated in 2023.
